The Structural Readiness Index is a diagnostic instrument that measures how well the organisation's structure supports distributed leadership.
It is administered through structured interviews with each member of the leadership team. The same questions, asked independently, reveal both the structural condition and the degree of divergence between leaders.
The SRI produces a score, not a subjective impression.
Three structural pillars
Decision Governance — How decisions are made and resolved across the leadership team.
Accountability Integrity — Whether ownership is defined around outcomes, not activity.
Forecast Reliability — Whether the organisation can predict delivery outcomes with confidence.
Scoring
Fragile (12–21) — Alignment depends on individual intervention.
At Risk (22–32) — Structure exists but decision alignment is inconsistent.
Stable (33–41) — Structure generally supports aligned decisions.
